Gluten Free Banana Muffins




Using almond flour to make these easy and delicious Banana Muffins that happen to be Gluten Free. These muffins are super moist. We added vegan friendly white chocolate chips but you can add in anything you like.



Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

1/2 cup of white sugar

1/4 cup just vegan egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

2 1/2 cups almond flour

1/4 cup melted vegan butter

1 rounded cup of vegan white chocolate chips





Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium/ large bowl

Mash your bananas until fine

Add in you sugar and mash

Add in your vanilla and vegan egg

Mix well

Add in you melted butter

Mix well

Add in your baking soda and salt

Followed by your almond flour

Mix well

Stir in your chocolate chips

Mix well

Pour into your prepared muffin baking pan

Bake in pre heated oven for 20-25 mins

Remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes

Serve and enjoy!
