Ingredients
30oz of cooked Tater Tots or Golden Crowns
Roughly 3-4 cups of Scrambled Vegan Egg or Tofu Scramble (I like to add a little cheese when cooking too)
1 Jar of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Salsa
Vegan Sour Cream
Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Directions
Place your prepared crispy potatoes on serving platter or plate
Top with your vegan scramble
Add a generous amount of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Salsa on top
Drizzle with a little vegan sour cream
Top with Fresh Cilantro
Serve and enjoy!
