Today I've teamed up with 505 Southwestern to make the easiest most delicious savory breakfast. With just a few ingredients you have such a hearty delicious breakfast that is perfect for just yourself or the entire family. And you can switch it up with all the different

Ingredients

30oz of cooked Tater Tots or Golden Crowns

Roughly 3-4 cups of Scrambled Vegan Egg or Tofu Scramble (I like to add a little cheese when cooking too)

1 Jar of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Salsa

Vegan Sour Cream

Fresh Chopped Cilantro


Directions

Place your prepared crispy potatoes on serving platter or plate

Top with your vegan scramble

Add a generous amount of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Salsa on top

Drizzle with a little vegan sour cream

Top with Fresh Cilantro

Serve and enjoy!
