When I first tried a spicy cranberry cheese a few years before going vegan I was a bit leery with the thought of cranberries and jalapenos together. But one bite later, I was hooked. So of course I had to make a vegan version and excited to finally share the recipe with you.
1 cup of fresh cranberries, chopped
1 jalapeno, diced finely
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Splash of orange juice
8oz of soft vegan cream cheese, we used Tofutti
In a small/medium bowl combine the first 6 ingredients
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours
When ready to serve spread your cream cheese into serving bowl
Spoon your cranberry mix on top
Serve with crackers and enjoy!
