Jalapeño Bacon Biscuit Bombs


Delicious easy store bought biscuit dough, stuffed with vegan bacon, cheese and jalapenos. Just one bite and you'll see why these are one of our favorites!



Ingredients

8oz vegan cream cheese

1/4 rounded cup diced jalapeños

1 cup vegan bacon chunks, cooked (we used All Vegetarian)

10oz vegan cheese shreds

1 jalapeño, thinly sliced

1/2 cup small vegan bacon pieces, cooked

1 can of 8 vegan friendly biscuits, dough (most pillsbury is accidentally vegan)

1/2 cup vegan butter, melted


Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl add your vegan cream cheese, diced jalapeños, 1 cup vegan bacon chunks, 10oz cheese shreds

Mix well

Take one biscuit and roll out to flatten

Place one or two spoonfuls of cheese mix in the center

Wrap flattened biscuit around cheese mix

Pinching edges to seal

Place seal side down onto baking sheet

Repeat with remaining dough

Brush the tops with melted butter

Place one jalapeño slice onto the center of each biscuit Bombs

Sprinkle tops with small bacon pieces

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 20-25 minutes

Remove once golden

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
