Not sure if you have ever heard of Maple Bacon Crack, if not google it and see all the rave because now its veganized and you can enjoy the cruelty and cholesterol free version! It is DELICIOUS!!!!
6 slices of All Vegetarian Inc. Bacon, cooked in a little oil and chopped
1 Pillsbury Crescent Roll Sheet
1/4/-1/3 cup of Maple Syrup
Roughly 3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 375
Place parchment paper down onto a cookie sheet
Spray generously with cooking spray
Unroll your crescent roll sheet
Carefully press to flatten a little
Spread with half your maple syrup
Top with brown sugar followed by your rough bacon pieces
Drizzle with remaining maple syrup
Bake for roughly 20-25 minutes until golden
Remove and cool for 10 minutes
Cut, serve and enjoy!
