Nashville Hot Chicken Breakfast Burrito (vegan)


This Burrito is next level. Breakfast will never be the same. Packed with cheese, scrambled eggs, Nashville Hot Chicken and Tater Tots. Your taste buds will explode. And not only is it 100 percent vegan it is incredibly delicious!



Burrito Ingredients 14-16oz Vegan Crispy Chicken, we used Gardeins Ultimate Chick’n Nuggets 3 cups of shredded vegan cheese, mix of yellow and white cheese 3 cups of prepared vegan scrambled eggs Large Flour Tortilla

3-4 cups of prepared tater tots Hot Chicken Seasoning, recipe below Burrito Special Sauce, recipe below


Directions

Place down your tortilla onto working space

Sprinkle center with cheese

Top with a couple spoonfuls of scrambled vegan egg

Add a few pieces of your cirspy vegan chicken

Drizzle with hot chicken seasoning

Add a handful of tater tots

Drizzle with your Burrito Special Sauce

Fold in sides and wrap up your burrito

Place into heated pan

Heat on all sides until golden and cheese is melted

Cut in half, serve and enjoy!





Hot Chicken Seasoning Ingredients Roughly 1/2 stick of vegan butter1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cayenne pepper1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder Pinch of salt and pepper 1 tbsp maple syrup Directions In a small sauce pan melt your butter Once melted stir in remaining ingredients Mix well Turn off heat (Do this right before preparing burritos as it can harden and clump when cooled) Burrito Special Sauce Ingredients 1/2 rounded cup of vegan Mayo 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp maple syrup Directions Whisk together ingredients Marinate in fridge until ready to use
