Peach Butter Swim Biscuits

These buttery peach swim biscuits are the perfect combination of fluffy biscuits and sweet summer peaches. Baked right in melted butter, every bite is golden, tender, and packed with peach flavor. If you love peach cobbler and homemade biscuits, this easy recipe is about to become your new favorite!
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups non dairy milk (soy, almond or oat)
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 14.5oz can of peaches, roughly chopped
Icing (mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2-3 tbsps milk)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
In a small bowl add you milk and apple cider vinegar
Mix well and set aside to thicken, roughly 5 mins
Spray a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with a little oil to coat sides
Pour melted butter in
In a large bowl add your flour, sugar, salt and baking powder
Mix well
Add in your milk, start with 1 1/2 cups
Mix well to form sticky dough adding in more milk if too thick
Fold in your peaches
Pour into melted butter
Gently spread dough into pan, allow butter to coat tops
Use a knife and gently cut roughly 9 squares to help create biscuit shapes
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes
Ready when toothpick comes out clean
Remove and let cool slightly
Mix your powdered sugar and milk
Pour icing on top while still warm
Cut out squares
Serve and enjoy!
