Sausage, Stuffing & Cranberry Balls

These sausage, stuffing & cranberry balls are the ultimate winter appetizer, packed with cozy seasonal flavor. Made with savory sausage, classic stuffing, and tangy cranberries. Easy to prep, freezer-friendly, and always a crowd favorite!
Ingredients
2.5-3 cups boxed stuffing
3/4 cup hot water
1 rounded cup shredded cheese
12oz vegan ground sausage
1 14oz can whole berry cranberry sauce (use a good quality can)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Add your stuffing mix to a large bowl
Pour in hot water
Mix well to soften
After 5 minutes add in your cheese, sausage and 1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
Mix well
Form into 1-2 inch size balls
Place onto prepared baking sheet
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked
Remove from oven
Serve with remaining cranberry sauce*
*if you aren’t too keen on plain cranberry sauce you can add a little orange juice and a pinch of salt and cook it down a bit
