Spinach And Artichoke Biscuit Dip

Love love love this spinach dip recipes. I have been making this for years. Today we are adding biscuit balls to form a ring around the dip and using the golden biscuit balls to scoop up the dip! Delicious!


1 cup of thawed spinach, drained and chopped

1 1/2 cups of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/3 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper

8 ounces of Vegan Cream Cheese

¼ cup of Vegan Sour Cream

¼ cup of Vegan Mayo

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1-2 cups Vegan Mozzarella Shreds

1/3 cup of Vegan parmesan shreds

½ teaspoon of garlic salt (or more)

½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp vegan ground parmesan

1/4 cup melted vegan butter

1 can of vegan friendly biscuit dough (8 biscuits)


Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl add the first 11 ingredients

Mix well

Remove biscuit from can

Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball

Place the biscuit balls to form ring in oven friendly pan and baking dish

Form a circle with the biscuits

Add your spinach mic into the center

Brush your biscuits with melted butter

Sprinkle entire dish with your vegan ground parmesan

Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes

Biscuits will be golden and dip should be bubbly

Use biscuits to scoop up dip

Serve and enjoy!
