
Lasagna is already delicious but when you add in crispy vegan chicken parmesan it takes it next level. Layers if delicious flavors and textures.
Ingredients
2-24oz jars of Pasta Sauce
14-16oz of Crispy vegan chicken, cooked
16oz of Vegan Ricotta
3 cups of Vegan Mozzarella
12oz of Baby Spinach Leaves
1 cup of Vegan Parmesan
Garlic Salt
Lasagna Noodles, cooked
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375
In a baking pan add a little pasta sauce
Spread evenly
Add 3-4 lasagna noodles to cover pan
Add 1/2 of your ricotta
Spread evenly over noodles
Ad your spinach
Add half your vegan chicken
Then Sprinkle with 1/3 of your vegan mozzarella and parmesan
Top with pasta sauce
Add more lasagna noodles
Top with remaining ricotta then vegan chicken
Add 1/3 more of your vegan mozzarella and parmesan
Add more pasta sauce and then lasagna noodles
Add pasta sauce and remaining vegan mozzarella and parmesan
Season with garlic salt
Cover and bake for roughly 45-60 minutes
Remove cover during last 10-15 minutes of cooking
Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
