Vegan Margherita Pizza

We made a simple but delicious Margherita Pizza using Miyokos new Liquid Vegan Mozzarella.

The Liquid Mozzarella is stored in the fridge. All you have to do is pour it on your pizza and cook it. The cheese bubbles up and creates a perfect pizza mozzarella. I will definitely be using this product again!


Pizza Dough

1-2 cups of Red Pizza Sauce

1-2 Heirloom tomatoes, sliced

Fresh Basil leaves

Olive oil


Preheat oven to 475

Brush your pizza dough with olive oil

Spread dough with pizza sauce

Pour on your liquid vegan mozzarella, roughly 1/4-1/3 cup

Add your tomato slices

Bake in preheated oven for 10-14 minutes until cheese has started to brown and crust is golden

Remove from oven

Top with fresh basil leaves

Slice, serve and enjoy!
