Cookie dough bark = instant obsession 🤯🍪 Who needs regular cookies when you can have THIS?!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour or all purpose flour that’s been heat treated*
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsps vanilla non dairy creamer**
10oz vegan white chocolate
Sprinkles

*place flour in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds. (I think it’s best with regular heat treated flour but it still works with almond flour or any type of ready to eat flour you prefer)
**if using regular non dairy milk just add a tsp of vanilla to the mix

Directions
Add your melted butter and sugar to a medium bowl
Mix well
Add in your creamer
Mix well
Add in your flour and mix to form dough
Spread dough onto parchment lined baking sheet
Spread out to form large rectangle
Melt your chocolate
Add your melted chocolate on top
Spread evenly to coat
Top with sprinkles
Place into freezer to harden
Once hardened break into bite size pieces
Serve and enjoy!

The BEST Black Beans Recipe | Quick, Flavor-Packed & Made with Canned Beans

Ingredients
4 tbsps vegan butter
2 14.5oz can of black beans
1/2 large onion, diced (or one small onion)
1-2 jalapeños diced, seeds removed if you don’t like it spicy
1/3 cup water
1/2 tbsp bouillon seasoning
3-4 tbsps sugar
Salt
Cilantro

Directions
Heat a large pan over medium high heat
Add in your butter
Once melted add in your onion
Cook down for 3-5 minutes
Add in your jalapeño and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes
Add in your beans, bouillon sugar and water
Bring to a slight bowl while stirring often
Turn down to low medium and cook for 10 minutes while stirring to keep from sticking to bottom
Season with salt if needed, the bouillon should add enough salt
Serve immediately
Garnish with cilantro

The Best Vegan Egg Salad! Hands down 🙌🏽

Ingredients
16oz extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
3-4 tbsps nutritional yeast
1/3-1/2 cup vegan Mayo
2 tbsps mustard
1/3 cup relish
1/2 small onion, diced
3/4 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper
Pinch of black salt
1/3 cup green onions

Directions
Cut your tofu into small/tiny pieces
Take 1/3 of you chopped tofu and place into small bowl
Add nutritional yeast
Mash until blended and crumbly
In a large bowl add you vegan Mayo, Mustard, relish, onion and celery
Mix well
Add in remaining tofu pieces and mashed tofu
Mix well
Season with salt and pepper
Add in your black salt
Mix well
Add in you green onions
Mix well
Refrigerate for at least one hour, the longer the better
Remove and serve as is or in sandwiches!

These 4 ingredient magic cookies are the easiest dessert you’ll ever make! Soft, chewy, and unbelievably delicious 🍪

Ingredients
2 cups roasted cashews, roughly chopped*
2 cups shredded coconut*
6/8 oz condensed coconut milk
1 cup vegan friendly mini chocolate chips @enjoylifefoods

*you can use raw cashews or any other nut you prefer
*I like to use Sweetened coconut flakes, makes it similar to almond joy candy bars but you can use unsweetened

Directions
Preheat oven to 350
To a large bowl add all your ingredients
Mix really well
Use an ice cream scooper and scoop up
Keep scoop pressed together well and place onto parchment lined baking sheet
Repeat with remaining cookies
Bake for 13-15 mins until golden
Remove from oven and cool
Enjoy!

Cookies and Cream Rice Krispies Treats Recipe | Easy No-Bake Dessert

If you love easy desserts, no-bake recipes, and cookies & cream treats, this one’s for you!

Ingredients
4-6 tbsps vegan butter
10oz vegan marshmallows
1 cup vegan friendly marshmallows cream/fluff, optional
4-5 cups Rice Krispies
Roughly 12 Oreos or chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled

Directions
Heat a large pot/pan over medium high heat
Add in your butter
Once melted add in your marshmallows
Mix until melted
Add in your marshmallow cream
Mix well
Add in your cereal
Mix until cereal is coated in marshmallow
Add in your crumble cookies, reserving a handful for top
Mix well
Pour mix into prepared 8x8 baking pan
Gently press into pan
Drizzle with melted chocolate
Top with reserved cookies
Cover and let cool
Once cooled and hardened cut into squares
Serve and enjoy!
