Easy made biscuits for even those who can’t bake….like me! Just mix and let dough cook in melted butter! I made these gluten free and they were fantastic. Don’t want gluten free? Just simply replace the gluten free flour for all purpose flour.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
2 cups non dairy milk (soy, almond or oat)
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/2-2 cups fresh blueberriesÂ
Icing (mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2-3 tbsps milk)

Directions
Preheat oven to 450
In a small bowl add you milk and apple cider vinegar
Mix well and set aside to thicken, roughly 5 mins
Spray a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with a little oil to coat sides
Pour melted butter inÂ
In a large bowl add your flour, sugar, salt and baking powder
Mix well
Add in your milk, start with 1 1/2 cupsÂ
Mix well to form sticky dough adding in more milk if too thick
Fold in your blueberries
Pour into melted butter
Gently spread dough into pan, allow butter to coat tops
Use a knife and gently cut roughly 9 squares to help create biscuit shapes
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes
Ready when toothpick comes out clean
Remove and let cool slightlyÂ
Mix your powdered sugar and milk
Pour icing on top while still warm
Cut out squares
Serve and enjoy!Â
