We are creating raviolis with no pasta! Just cheese and sausage.
I used my hands but think eating with a fork would be best!
(makes 10 raviolis cut recipe in half if you only want 5)
Roughly 20 slices of cheese, must be an even number
8oz cooked and seasoned vegan sausage
Marinara for serving
Parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 400
Place half your cheese slices onto lined baking sheet
Add spoonful of sausage to the center of each cheese slice
Add your remaining cheese slices on top
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes
Let sit 5 minutes before serving
Garnish with parsley and serve with marinara
