Sausage-less Breakfast Balls

Imagine your favorite breakfast sandwich, in one perfect bite sized ball. These are super easy to make and perfect for a breakfast on the go or your next brunch!

Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick mix

Roughly 12-16oz of uncooked ground vegan breakfast sausage

Roughly 3 cups of Vegan shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup of Veg Oil, Plus 2 tbsp *



Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

In a medium bowl mix together first 3 ingredients

Mix well

Add in 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix well, best to use hands

Form into 1-1 1/2 inch round balls

Place onto greased cookie sheet

Bake for 18-20 minutes turning halfway through and brushing with remaining oil

Remove once golden

Serve and enjoy

I like to serve with ketchup and syrup




*The vegetable oil is added because most plant based sausage doesn't produce enough oil like normal sausage would when cooking. If you are using a plant based sausage that does have a lot of oil you can use less oil.
