Oozing Butter Burger

Get ready to fall in love! The burgers have your heart racing and leave you speechless! These burgers are so good they should be illegal!

(Makes roughly 4 Burgers, double the recipe for more)


1/2 cup Earth Balance butter, softened

4 garlic cloves, minced finely

1 tablespoon dried parsley

Dash of each of the following: Garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder

1 roll of light life Gimme Lean Ground Beef

1/3 cup FYH Vegenaise

1/4 cup of BBQ sauce

4 slices of Follow Your Heart Provolone

4 Soft buns


Seasoning Salt


Mix the first 4 ingredients together

Roll into a cylinder wrapped into saran wrap and freeze for 15 minutes

While butter is freezing cut your Lightlife beef into fours

Press each one into little bowls

Remove butter and cut off a sliver, place into one beef bowl

Form the beef around the butter to cover

Carefully pat down to form burger patties, roughly 1/2 inch thick

Make sure to seal the butter inside the patty

Repeat with remaining patties and butter

Wrap each patty in saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Mix together your vegenaise and bbq sauce, set aside

Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat

Place patties into pan

Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated and browned

Carefully flip

Cook for 2-3 minutes

Place another large sliver of butter on top of each patty

Place a slice of cheese on top

Cover with lid and cook for 1-2 minutes

Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes

Lather each side of your buns with your vegenaise mix

Place your burgers into buns and serve Be careful when biting into it as the burger is filled with juices looking for a way to escape
