A delicious and filling meal that's easy to prepare and healthy for the body, mind and soul!
Ingredients:
1 15oz can cannelloni beans, washed and drained
1/2 red onion, diced
3 hearts of palm, sliced
1 cucumber, chopped
Dressing Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons of sugar
Salt and garlic pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper and garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Juice from 1 lemon
Directions:
Whisk together all dressing ingredients
In a medium bowl combine your beans, onion, and hearts of palm
Pour 3/4 of your dressing over mix
Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour
When ready to serve add in your cucmber and avocado
Scoop into butter leaves
Serve and enjoy*
