A confectionery masterpiece. Made with just a few pantry items we create the most pleasurable dessert!
Ingredients:
1/2 package of Pumpkin Pancake mix (Roughly 1.5 rounded cups)
1 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 package of Dandies Vegan pumpkin marshmallows
Oil for frying
Garnish with powdered sugar
Directions:
Heat your oil in a small sauce pan, enough to drop spoonfuls of dough
Mix together the first 4 ingredients
Add more water if too thick (consistency should be between cookie batter and pancake batter)
Stir in your marshmallows
Drop spoonful's into hot oil
Flip after 1 minute
Remove from oil when golden and crispy*
Place onto plate
Garnish with powdered sugar
*They will expand and marshmallows will get huge/
