BBQ Chicken-less Flautas

Take your classic Mexican crispy rolled up flour tortilla and fill it with the all american BBQ "Chicken" mix up and you have yourself one tasty dish!


Beyond Meat chicken grillers

1/2-1 cup of BBQ Sauce of choice

1 can of sweet corn, drained

2 avocados, chopped

1 package of Daiya Mozzarella Shreds

Large Flour Tortillas

Oil for frying

FYH Ranch, for dipping/drizzle


Cook grillers according to package*

When grillers are done, chop into bite size pieces

In a large bowl add your chopped grillers, corn, avocado and drizzle with bbq sauce

Mix well

Heat roughly 2 tablespoons or more of oil in a large frying pan

Prepare your flautas

Generously and evenly add 1-2 tablespoons of bbq sauce to your entire tortilla

Towards the bottom evenly add your Chicken Mix, horizontally across

Top with cheese

Taking the bottom end of tortilla, tightly begin rolling up your flauta

Place flauta, seam side down into hot oil

Allow to fry on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown

Drain on paper towels

Repeat with remaining tortillas

Serve with FYH Ranch

*I like to cook mine in chicken-less bouillon and water. I let them marinate in that before using in recipes
