Ma' The Meatloaf

A delicious loaf of savory goodness!


2 packages of Beyond Meats Beyond Burger

1 onion, diced

1 tablespoon of garlic

1/4 cup FYH vegenaise

1 cup Daiya cheddar cheese shreds

2 Follow Your Heart Eggs, prepared

1/2 rounded cup of bread crumbs

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil

Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons of mustard


Preheat oven to 375

Sauté your onion in a little olive oil over medium-high heat

Cook for 5 minutes

Add in garlic, cook for 1 minute

Turn heat off

In a small bowl mix together your sauce ingredients, set aside

In a large bowl add your burger patties and cooked onion and garlic

Add your mayo, cheese, vegan eggs, bread crumbs, and 1/3 cup of sauce

Season with salt and pepper

Mix well

Spray a loaf pan or 9x 13 baking dish with cooking spray

Form your mixture into a 5-6 inch wide loaf in the pan

Press it really tight and compact

Pour remaining sauce over the loaf

Cook in preheated oven, uncovered for 1 hr

Let it sit for 10 minutes for cutting.

Slice and enjoy!*

*If meatloaf is still soft, slice, place onto baking sheet and place back into the oven for 15 minutes

*I always make extra sauce to serve over the top of each serving
