BBQ Cauli Bean Sandwich


This sandwich just makes you feel good. It's super easy to make and will fool any of your non vegetable lovers!

Ingredients:

1 Head of cauliflower, florets

1 can of white beans

Juice from 1 can of beans

1/3 cup flour

2 cups BBQ Sauce or more

Bread of choice

Follow Your Heart American Cheese Slices

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425

Chop your Cauliflower into tiny pieces

Place into a large bowl

Add in your beans and liquid

Mix in flour

Mix well

Stir in at least 1 cup of BBQ sauce

Mix to coat well, adding more sauce as needed

(Should be completely covered in BBQ)

Cover a large baking sheet with baking silicone mat or foil

Grease well

Spread your Cauli mix evenly across

Place in Preheated oven for 30 minutes

Turn heat down to 400

Move Cauli mixture around, adding more BBQ if needed

Return to oven for an additional 30 minutes

Remove and let sit 10 minutes

Prepare sandwiches

Spread each side of bread with BBQ sauce

Top bottom with Cauli mix

Top with cheese

Place into panini press or use two pans*

Remove and serve

*I use a greased pan, place sandwich in

Place another heavy pan on top and carefully press down

Then flip and repeat
