Buffalo 'Chicken' Bites

Trust me when I say you can't just eat one!


1 package of Beyond Meat

1 Chicken less flavor cube

1/3 cup water

½ rounded cup of the following:

chopped celery, chopped red onion, cheddar shreds

1/3 cup of buffalo wing sauce or more

2 rounded tbl of melted butter

1 prepared FYH vegan egg

1-2 cups of panko bread crumbs

FYH Ranch or Blue Cheese for dipping

Chopped Green Onions for garnish


Combine the first 3 ingredients together in a small sauce pan

Heat over medium high for roughly 5 -7 minutes

Let sit for 5 minutes

Using two forks shred the chicken finely while keeping in juices to soak up

Preheat oven to 400

Combine your shredded chicken with melted butter and wing sauce

Mix well

Add in your celery, onions and cheese

Mix well, add more wing sauce if needed

Mix in your vegan egg and 1 cup of panko bread crumbs

Mix well

Form TIGHTLY into bite size balls

If too sticky add in more bread crumbs

Place onto grease baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15 minutes until golden and firm

(You can flip half way through cooking if extra crispiness is desired)

Serve with green onions and FYH Vegan Blue Cheese or Ranch
