Quick N' Easy Breakfast Burrito

When you're hungry and want something good and fast turn to your fridge and pantry. More than likely there are a few ingredients that you can whip up into something yummy. And that's exactly what we did here. We had the below ingredients and turned it into a delicious breakfast burrito! A breakfast burrito thats even good for lunch, dinner, or just a quick snack!


4 Gardein Meatless Breakfast Patties

4 slices of Daiya Cheddar

6 Follow Your Heart Eggs

Ms Vegan Pico De Gallo

Medium/Large Flour Tortilla

Earth Balance Butter for pan frying

Pinch of black salt (optional to bring more egg flavor/smell)

Sir Kensington Ketchup

Salt and Pepper


Cook your Breakfast Patties according to directions

Cool and crumble into pieces, set aside

In a medium/large frying pan cook your eggs according to directions

When almost done season with black salt, salt and pepper

Toss in your crumbled breakfast patties

Remove from pan

Wipe out your pan

Add a little butter and heat over medium

Fill your tortilla:

Place a slice of cheese in the center

Top with your egg/meatless mix

Add your Pico De Gallo

Drizzle with ketchup

Roll up your burrito

Place seam side down into hot butter

Fry on each side until golden

Remove and repeat

Cut in half, serve and enjoy!
