BBQ ‘Chicken’ Crescent Sliders

Summer time BBQ in the comfort of your kitchen. These Sliders are perfect for your next gathering. A fun taste of summer in one big bite!


1 package of Beyond Meat Chicken-Free Strips

1 cube of chicken-less flavor

¼ cup water

½ cup of BBQ Sauce

2 cups shredded Purple Cabbage

2 tbl of vegenaise

2 tbls of white wine vinegar

½-1 tbl of sugar


1 package of Crescent Rolls

1 package of Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds


Whisk together your vegenaise, vinegar, and sugar

Toss with your shredded cabbage

Season with a little salt

Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or so

Heat your beyond meat, chicken-less flavor and water over medium high heat

After 5 minutes or so turn off the heat

Using two forks or a knife shred the chicken

Let sit in liquid for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 375

Roll out your crescent rolls keeping them in tact

(pinching edges to seal)

You should have two rectangles

Generously sprinkle each rectangle with cheese

Carefully roll up tightly

Using a sharp knife cut roll into ½-1 inch slices

Pinch edges of each roll to seal

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden

Toss your chicken with bbq sauce

Prepare your sliders

Place one roll upside on plate

Top with your bbq chicken, cabbage slaw and bun upside right

Serve and Enjoy!
