This semi guilt free pasta dish is not only easy to make but it's ridiculously tasty!
Ingredients:
2-3 packages of House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles
MsVegan Peanut Sauce, recipe below
1.5 cups of shredded carrots
1.5 cups of chopped cilantro
Directions:
Prepare noodles according to directions
Once drained place into large pot
Ddd in your carrots and cilantro
Toss with sauce
Mix well
Serve and enjoy!
Peanut sauce:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon of garlic chili sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Directions:
Mix together the ingredients in a medium sauce pan
Heat over medium high for 3-5 minutes
