Pumpkin Cheese Ball


This is the perfect dish to make for your Halloween party. It's amazing how much it resembles a pumpkin.

Ingredients:

8oz of Follow Your Heart Cream Cheese

1 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup of Earth Balance Cheese Crackers

Stem from a bell pepper

Directions:

In a medium bowl add your shredded cheese

Microwave for roughly 30 seconds until starting to melt

Mix with spoon, should be melted

(Microwave more if not)

Add in your cream cheese, mix well

Place your crackers into a food processor

Process until finely crumbeled

Add rougly 1 tbl of mix into the cheese

Mix well

Spread out a sheet of saran wrap

Spoon your cheese mix into the center

Carefully wrap up and form into a pumpkin shape

Place into the refrigerator to harden

(You can also place into the freezer to harden faster)

Once the cheese if firm remove

Unwrap saran wrap

Place remaining bread crumbs into a shallow bowl

Place your cheese ball into the crumbs

Carefully roll around until evenly coated

Lay out a new sheet of saran wrap

Place cheese ball in the center and wrap up tightly

Place back into the fridge for 1 hour or until ready to use

Before removing saran wrap, using the back of a wooden spoon, create crevices like a pumpin

Remove from wrap and place the stem of your bell pepper in the center

Serve and enjoy!
