Peanut Butter Pie


This no bake pie, is such a special treat. It was love at first bite!

Ingredients:

1 prepared/precooked pie crust

8 ounces of softened Follow Your Heart Vegan Cream Cheese

1/2 rounded cup of Peanut Butter

1/2 cup of Wholesome confectioners sugar

16oz of So Delicious Vegan Whipping cream, thawed

5-8 Peanut Butter Oreos, crushed

Chocolate sauce, recipe below

Directions:

In a medium bowl mix your sugar and peanut butter together

Mix well

Once mixed thoroughly, gently fold in your whipped cream

Place into prepared pie crust

Carefully top with crushed Oreos

Drizzle with chocolate sauce

Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, best overnight

Serve and enjoy!

Chocolate sauce two ways

Using coco powder

Combine 1/4 cup coco powder, 1/2-3/4 cup of sugar, pinch of salt, 1 tbl of flour, 1/2 cup of milk

Heat over medium high, whisking while cooking for roughly 3-5 minutes

Allow to cool before drizzling

Using chocolate chips

Carefully melts 1/4 cup of chocolate chips in micrwoave, turning ever 15 seconds
