'Chicken' Reuben Casserole

There is something special about all the flavors in a Reuben. This dish combines them all making sure you get every bit in one bite!


6-10 slices of marble rye bread, chopped

1 bag of Beyond Meat Grilled Strips

1 tbl chicken-less flavor

1/3 cup water

1 tbl of red wine vinegar

1 tsp of pickling spice or pepper

Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds, roughly 2 cups

Follow Your Heart Thousand Island

1-2 cups of Sauerkraut


In a medium sauce pan add your grilled strips, water and chicken-less flavor

Cook over medium high heat for roughly 8-10 minutes

Remove from heat

Chop your grilled strips into bite size pieces

Mix in red wine vinegar and spice, let sit for at least 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 375

Grease a casserole dish

Place half your bread

Top with half your chicken

Drizzle with a generous amount of dressing, half your cheese and Sauerkraut


Cover and bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes

Remove foil last 10 minutes

Serve and Enjoy!*

*I like to serve with a little fresh dressing and sauerkraut.
