GF Asian Wraps


Ingredients:

2 cups of broccoli slaw

1 block of Hodo Soy tofu drained, pressed and cubed

Veri Veri Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Oil for frying

1 cup of shelled cooked edamame

Follow Your Heart Organic Miso Ginger

Directions:

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium high heat

When hot add in your cubed tofu

Cook for 10 minutes until golden

Add in roughly 1/3-1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce

Mix well and cook for 2 minutes

Turn off heat to cool

In a large bowl add your slaw, edamame, and cooled tofu

Toss with roughly 1/2 cup of miso dressing

mix well

Taste and add more dressing if needed

Let sit in dressing for 15 minutes to soak

Prepare your wraps:

This part is key: Heat your tortillas (wrapped in paper towels ) in microwave

This allows them to bend without tearing

remove and place a good amount of your mix in the center

Roll up like a burrito

Repeat with reaminig

If taking to go leave whole and cut before eating
