Dijon 'Chicken' Skewers

I really cant rave enough about this simple but flavorful recipe. Make these for your next gathering or even just a week night dinner and watch how quickly they disapear.


1 package of Beyond meat chicken

1 chicken-less cube

1/3 cup water


1/3 cup of Whole Grain Dijon mustard

2 tbls of garlic

½ tbl of olive oil

1 tbl of Vegenaise

2 tbl of Vegan Sour Cream

1 rounded teaspoon of sugar

Parsley for garnish


Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium sauce pan

Heat over medium high

Heat for 5-7 minutes

Turn off heat and let sit for 30 minutes

Remove and chop into 1 inch pieces

Whisk together the remaining ingredients, minus the skewers

Toss your chicken into the mix

Let marinate for 30minutes

Place chicken onto skewers

Spread remaining marinade onto skewers

Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes on each side until starting to brown

Remove and garnish with chopped Parsley

Serve and enjoy!
