'Chicken' Caesar Salad


There is nothing like a good hearty 'Chicken' Caesar Salad!

Ingredients:

1 package of Beyond Meat Chicken (prepared in chicken less broth and chopped)

Roughly 1/3 cup of caper berries, sliced

Follow Your Heart Caesar Salad Dressing

Romaine Lettuce

1/3 cup of Follow Your Heart Shredded Parmesan

Pepper

3-4 slices of day old bread

1/2 cup of melted butter

1/2 tbl nutritional yeast

1/2 tbl minced garlic

Garlic salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400

Chop day old bread in cubes

Whisk your melted butter, nutritional yeast, garlic and a pinch of garlic salt

Add in bread cubes

Mix well, until bread is fully coated

Place onto prepared baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 20 minutes, turning halfway through

Done when Croutons are golden and crispy

Remove and let cool

Season your chicken with a little pepper

Chop romaine lettuce

Mix your romaine, chicken, sliced caper berries and parmesan

Add in a little dressing, toss

Season with a little pepper

Add in your croutons

Serve and enjoy!
