All I can really say is that these bars are just DELICIOUS! It's basically a rice crispy treat but using Peanut Butter Cap'N Crunch instead, with Pumpkin flavored Marshmallows, then dipped and drizzled in Chocolate!
Ingredients:
3-4 cups of Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
1 bag of Dandies Pumpkin Marshmallows
3-4 tbl of Earth Balance Butter
Roughly 1/2-1 cup of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Earth Balance Choco Pretzel Crunch
Directions:
In a large sauce pan add your butter and heat over medium high heat
Once melted add in you marshmallows
Stir until marshmallows begin to melt and form into a creamy mixture, (add more butter if too dry)
Once all creamed add in your Cap N' Crunch
Mix well
Turn off heat
Line a baking dish with saran wrap, with extra to wrap over
Spray with cooking spray
Pour your Cap N' Crunch mixture into dish
Press firmly into the dish, wrap with the extra saran wrap
Press down firmly
Allow to cool
Once completely cooled, remove from dish and wrap
Cut into squares
Melt your chocolate
Spread bottom with Choco pretzel crunch
Dip each square bottom into the chocolate
Place onto wax paper to dry
Repeat with remaining squares
Once all squares are on the sheet take remaining melted chocolate and drizzle over the squares
Allow to dry
Serve and enjoy!
