Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Sandwich

Mixing sweet and savory to create the breakfast sandwich of all breakfast sandwiches! Using Cinnamon Rolls as the bun, topped with Vegan scrambled Eggs, a perfectly seasoned Breakfast Sausage Patty with Melted Cheese. Now, will you eat this with your hand?

Serves 4-5


2 packages of Immaculate Cinnamon Roll (1 package makes 2.5 sandwiches)

2 tbl of maple syrup

1/2 tsp of ground sage, garlic powder and onion powder

Salt and Pepper



Prepare Cinnamon Rolls according to directions

While Rolls are baking prepare your Sausage

In a large mixing bowl your Lightlife Sausage and crumble in your Beyond Sausage

( I like to keep the Beyond Sausage casings on and just pinch off little pieces)

Add in maple syrup, sage, garlic and onion powder

Season with salt and pepper

Using hands mix well

Heat a little oil in a non stick pan over medium high heat

Form sausage mix into flat round patties, the size of your cinnamon roll

Place into hot oil and fry on each side until browned, roughly 3 minutes or so

Repeat with remaining patties, cover cooked patties to keep warm until ready to plate

In the same pan cook your Follow you heart eggs, (adds more flavor)

Once Vegan eggs are cooked remove from pan until ready to plate

When ready to plate, heat your non stick pan to medium high

Return your sausage patties and place cheese slices ontop

Cover and heat until melted (I like to throw a little water in there to help steam the cheese)

By this time your Cinnamon Rolls should be done

Remove and drizzle with icing

Prepare sandwiches

Place the bottom bun on your plate

Using the back of a large spoon, press down the cinnamon roll to flatten the surface

Top with your scrambled eggs

Add your cheese sausage patty

Top with top bun

If you want you can press down the top bun a little to smash the sandwich to make it a little easier to eat

Repeat with remaining ingredients
