Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

Taking your favorite Philly Cheesesteak to a whole new level by stuffing it inside of an spring roll wrapper and frying to perfection. Using Plant Ranch Foods prepared Pollo Asada makes it not only delicious but that much easier to make.


Vegan Friendly Egg Roll/Spring Roll Wrappers ( I used Dynasty Brand)

1 Package of Plant Ranch Pollo Asada, prepared according to directions

1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped

1 small onion, diced

8-10oz of Mushrooms, finely chopped

1/2 rounded cup of butter

2 tbl liquid aminos

Salt and Pepper

Follow Your Heart Provolone Slices


In a large frying pan add your mushrooms, onion and bell pepper

Followed by your butter

Heat over medium high heat

Cook, stirring often for 10-12 minutes

Add in your Pollo Asada

Cook an additional 5-7 minutes

Add in your liquid aminos

Season with salt and pepper

Remove from heat and allow to cool

Heat roughly 3 inches high of oil in a deep sauce pan

While oil is heating up prepare your egg rolls

Place one sheet of egg roll rapper down

In the center place your cheese slice

Top with a generous amount of meat and veggie mix

Using a small bowl filled with water, wet your fingers

Press wet fingers along edges of wrapper

Carefully and tightly roll up your egg roll

Using more water to seal the edges

Repeat with remaining mix and wrappers

Place your egg roll into hot oil, 2-3 at a time, don't overcrowd

Eggrolls are done when golden brown

Remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate

Repeat with remaining eggrolls

Let sit for at least 5 minutes before eating, they will be very hot

Serve with Follow Your Heart Creamy Garlic and Ranch Dressing
