A delicious and fresh tart loaded with seasoned vegan cream cheese, asparagus, dill and vegan feta!
Ingredients
Puff Pastry Sheet, thawed
8oz vegan cream cheese, softened
3 tbsps freshly chopped dill
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup vegan crumbled feta
1 bunch of asparagus, 1 inch cut off the bottoms
Veg oil or melted butter
Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
In a small bowl add your cream cheese, Dijon mustard and 2 tbsps of dill
Mix well
Roll your pastry dough into large rectangle
Place onto greased baking sheet
Using a fork pierce the pastry sheet
Spread your pastry with the cream cheese mixture
Top with your asparagus spears
Fold in a little of the pastry sheet to form crust
Brush edges of pastry and asparagus with oil or butter
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven
Sprinkle with your feta and remaining dill
Cut into squares
Serve and enjoy!
