Asparagus Tart

A delicious savory tart.


Ingredients

1 puff pastry sheet, thawed and rolled into large rectangle

1 bunch of asparagus, 1/2-1 inch of bottoms cut off

8oz of soft vegan cheese, we used Boursin dairy free spreadable garlic and herb cheese

1/4 cup of melted vegan butter

Salt

1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley

Roughly 1/4 cup of Dijon Mustard





Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Place your puff pastry onto baking sheet

Spread with your soft cheese

Add your asparagus in one layer, single file

Season with salt

Brush edges and top of asparagus with your melted butter

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes

Remove and garnish with fresh parsley

Cut into squares

Serve and enjoy!
