Baked Tortellini


A delicious and hearty dish that warms the soul.

Ingredients 16oz vegan ground beef 2-3 tbsps crushed garlic 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes 24oz Jar of tomato pasta sauce 2-3 cups shredded vegan mozzarella 1 tbsps Italian seasonings 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp crushed red pepper Few pinches of black pepper 1/2 cup vegan Parmesan 9oz vegan tortellini Vegetable Oil

Directions Preheat oven to 350 Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat Add in your vegan grounds Cook for 3-5 minutes Add in your garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes Add in your Italian seasonings, garlic salt, pepper and crushed red pepper Mix and cook until browned Add in your diced tomatoes and jar of pasta sauce Cook for 3 minutes Add in your tortellini Mix well Add in 1-2 cups of shredded vegan cheese Remove from heat Pour mix into a greased 9x9 pan Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan Cover and cook for 20 minutes Remove cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes Remove and garnish with basil Serve and enjoy!
