The most delicious Banana Bark. It has frozen bananas, usually with Peanut butter, but we are using cookie butter, then topped with melted chocolate and frozen to perfection.
Ingredients
2 Bananas, sliced
Roughly 1/3 cup Peanut Butter or Cookie Butter, slightly melted or softened
Roughly 1/3 cup of melted chocolate
Sea Salt flakes
Directions
Place a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper onto a cookie sheet
Place your banana slices down, making sure they are all touching to form a large rectangle
Pour your peanut/cookie butter on top
Carefully spread butter evenly across the bananas
Place into freezer for at least 30 minutes to harden
Remove from freezer and pour melted chocolate on top
Spread evenly across
Sprinkle with sea salt
Place back in freezer until hardened
Remove and break into pieces
Enjoy immediately or store in air tight container in the freezer
