BBQ Chicken Bubble-Up Bake

A Bubble-Up Bake is combing your favorite flavors with Vegan friendly biscuit pieces. Today we are adding BBQ Vegan chicken to make this insanely delicious dish. Its so delectable and addicting.


1 16.3oz can of vegan friendly biscuit dough*

8oz of vegan chicken pieces, cooked

1-2 cups BBQ Sauce, we used Kinders Miled BBQ

1-2 cups of chopped sweet mini peppers

1/3-1/2 cup of chopped red onions

1 cups of Vegan Mozzarella Shreds

1 cup of Vegan American Cheese Shreds, plus 1/4 cup

Vegan Ranch

Green Onions

*Vegan biscuits:

Four flavors of Pillsbury Biscuits are vegan: “Grands! Southern Homestyle Original Biscuits,” “Grands! Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits,” “Grands! Flaky Layers Sweet Hawaiian Biscuits,” and “Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits.


Preheat oven to 350

Cut each biscuit dough round into 6-8 pieces, set aside

In a large bowl add your vegan chicken

Add in roughly 1 cup of bbq sauce

Mix well to coat, add in more BBQ sauce if needed

Add in your sweet peppers and onion

Mix well

Add in your biscuit pieces, 1 cup of white cheese, and 1 cup of yellow cheese

Mix well

Place into prepared 9x13 baking dish

Spread evenly into dish

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Drizzle with more BBQ Sauce

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 25-30 minutes until bubbled up and golden

Remove from oven

Drizzle with vegan ranch and garnish with green onions

Serve and enjoy!
