Biscoff Cream Pie

A delicious creamy pie that’s super easy to make and no baking involved!


1 rounded cup of Biscoff Cookie Butter

1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

8oz vegan cream cheese

8oz frozen vegan whipped cream, thawed

Roughly 1/2 cup of biscoff cookies, crumbled

Whipped cream for topping

Vegan friendly graham cracker pie crust


In a large bowl add your powdered sugar, cream cheese and cookie butter

Using an electric mixer, mix until creamy

Fold in your vegan whipped cream

Fold and mix until cream

Pour mix into pie crust

Sprinkle top with cookie crumble

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours

Remove and serve immediately

Serve slices with whipped cream

Serve and enjoy!
