A delicious biscuit bomb full of all things Buffalo chicken
Ingredients
8oz of cooked vegan chicken pieces
3 tbsps of vegan cream cheese
1/3 cup of vegan bleu cheese crumbles
2 tbsp chopped chives
3 tbsp vegan ranch, plus more for dipping
1/2 cup of Buffalo sauce
1 package of vegan friendly biscuits, 8
2 tbsps freshly chopped parsley
1/3 cup of vegan melted butter
2 tbsps vegan Parmesan
Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
In a medium bowl add the first 6 ingredients
Mix well
Place one biscuit onto working surface
Roll out to form a disc
Place a large spoonful of chicken mix into the center
Wrap biscuit around and pinch edges to seal
Place seen side down onto prepared baking sheet
Repeat with remaining biscuits
In a small bowl add you melted butter, parsley, Parmesan and a pinch of salt
Mix well
Brush the tops of biscuits with melted butter mix
Bake in preheated oven for roughly 20 minutes until golden
Remove from oven
Cool for 5 minutes
Serve and enjoy
