Buffalo Chicken French Bread



French Bread stuffed with a delicious creamy Buffalo Chicken spread and baked to perfection!


Ingredients

2 cups prepared vegan chicken pieces

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup of vegan mozzarella shreds

1 cup of vegan American shreds

1-2 tbsp vegan ranch seasoning, we used Riega Organic Ranch Seasoning

8oz vegan cream cheese

3/4 cup of buffalo sauce

1 loaf of French bread, cut in half lengthwise

Green onions, chopped

Vegan Ranch



Directions

Preheat oven to 375

In a medium-large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients

Mix well

Stir in your buffalo sauce

Scoop out the inside of your bread halves

Stuff each half with your buffalo cheese mix

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until starting to brown

Remove

Cut into slices

Garnish with Green onions and vegan ranch

Serve and enjoy
