Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels


Today we are making savory pastries using pillsbury pizza dough or pastry sheet with all things Buffalo style. These are perfect for parties! They’ll disappear quicker than you can fill the plates!


Ingredients

Pillsbury pastry sheet or pizza dough (we used pizza dough)

7oz vegan chicken pieces, cut into small pieces

3/4 cup of Buffalo sauce

7oz of vegan mozzarella shreds

2 tbsps of dried chives (you can also use fresh)

1 cup of chopped celery

Vegan ranch

1 cup of vegan bleu cheese crumbles

1/4 cup of fresh chopped chives



Directions

Preheat oven to 400

In a medium bowl add your vegan chicken and 1/2 cup of Buffalo sauce

Mix well

Spread your dough onto working surface

Slightly roll it out to form a larger rectangle

Add your chicken mix evenly across the dough

Drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce

Sprinkle with your vegan mozzarella

Carefully roll up your dough

Cut into roughly 1 inch pinwheels

Place onto prepared baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15 minutes

Remove when golden

Drizzle each pinwheel with your vegan ranch

Top each with a sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles

Garnish with celery and chives

Serve and enjoy!
