Bulgogi Pizza




Bulgogi meat, is a classic Korean dish of thinly sliced, marinated beef. Today we are using Vegan ground meat. And adding it on top of a pizza! This is so good. Words can't even begin to explain how good it is. You just have to give it a try to see for yourself!


Ingredients

2 tbsp crushed garlic

2 tbsp ground ginger

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 tbsp Gochujang

2-4 tbsp sesame oil

1/3 cup of soy sauce

1/2 cup of vegan mayo

12oz of vegan ground meat

1/2 onion diced

Roughly 2 cups of vegan shredded mozzarella

Sesame Seeds

Green onions, diced

Pizza Dough





Directions

In a medium bowl combine garlic, ginger, sugar, 1/2 tbsp Gochujang, soy sauce and 2 tbsp sesame oil

Whisk together until combined

In a large non stick pan heat a little sesame oil over medium heat

Add in onion

Cook until translucent

Add in your vegan ground meat

Cook, stirring often

Once its starting to brown add in your soy sauce mix

Cook down for an additional 5-7 minutes

Turn off heat and let cool

Preheat oven to pizza dough directions

In a small bowl add remaining Gochujang and vegan mayo

Whisk until creamy, should be a light redish color

Spread pizza dough out onto pan

Spread generously with red mayo mix

Sprinkle with cheese

Top with your cooked vegan bulgogi/meat mix

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15-17 minutes

Remove and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions

Serve and enjoy!
