Cheeseburger Pizza



A Cheeseburger Pizza, because why not?


Ingredients

Pizza dough, I love the one from Whole Foods

12oz prepared ground meat

2-3 cups of shredded vegan yellow or white cheese

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup of pickle slices

1-2 cups of chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp of sesame seeds

Roughly 1 cup of ketchup





Directions

Preheat oven to temperature according to directions

Roll and press out dough onto your pizza pan

Spread evenly with your ketchup

Sprinkle generously with your cheese shreds

Top with your cooked ground meat

Place into oven and bake for 15-17 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted

Remove from oven

Let cool 5 minutes

Sprinkle with your lettuce and tomatoes

Top with your pickle slices

Garnish with sesame seeds

Slice, Serve and Enjoy!!
