Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Bowls

Using cinnamon rolls to make a bowl to serve ice cream in....genius! With just two easy store bought ingredients, cinnamon rolls and ice cream!

One can of cinnamon rolls (5 rolls) made 3 large bowls. You can double the recipe to make more or use smaller muffin pans.


1 can of vegan friendly cinnamon rolls, we used Immaculate Baking

1-2 pints of vegan friendly ice cream, we used Nada Moo Vanilla


Preheat oven to 350

Turn your muffin pan upside down

Spray generously with cooking spray

Unroll one cinnamon roll and start at the bottom and coil around to create a bowl

Make sure to press edges to seal seams

Repeat with remaining rolls

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15-18 minutes until golden and set

Remove from oven

Let sit for 2 minutes then carefully remove from muffin pan

Place bowl onto plate

Scoop up ice cream

Serve and enjoy!
