This is a vegan version of the Buffalo Blast dish served at Cheesecake Factory. I have personally never had them but if they taste as good as this recipe does than I can understand why they are a fan favorite!
Ingredients
1 cup of Prepared vegan chicken, finely chopped
½ cup of Buffalo Wing Sauce
¾ cup of shredded vegan mozzarella
4 oz of non dairy cream cheese
2 tbsp cup of chopped green onions or chives
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup vegan egg
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
Vegetable Oil for frying
Celery sticks for serving
Vegan Blue Cheese or Ranch for dipping
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients together into a medium bowl
Mix well
In a small shallow dish add your vegan egg
In a second shallow dish add your bread crumbs and mix in salt
Prepare Won Ton Bites
Place one won ton down onto your working space
Spoon a small amount of buffalo mix into the center
Dip finger in water
And the brush wet finger lightly around edges of wrapper
Grabbing one corner fold up and over and press into other corner to form a triangle
Press edges to seal
Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling
Dip your egg roll into egg mixture
And then into bread crumbs to full coat
Repeat with remaining egg rolls
Heat your oil in a frying pan on medium-high
Once hot drop in breaded won tons, working in small batches
Fry until golden, flipping occasionally.
Repeat with remaining pieces
Serve immediately with Vegan Ranch or Blue Cheese and Chopped Celery
