Croissant French Toast


Taking French Toast to a whole new level. Rich and delicious.


Ingredients

4 Vegan Friendly Croissants, cut in half (we used the croissants from Whole Foods)

1 cup of just vegan egg

1/3 cup of non dairy vanilla milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1-2 tbsps vegan butter

French toast toppings: vegan butter, vegan powdered sugar, syrup, fruit)




Directions

In a medium bowl add your just egg, non dairy milk and cinnamon

Whisk until blended

Heat a little butter in non stick pan over medium high heat

Take one half of croissant and dip into egg mix to fully coat

Swipe on side of bowl to remove any excess liquid

Place into hot pan

Cook on both sides for roughly 3 minutes until golden

Remove and serve immediately

We topped with vegan butter, powdered sugar, syrup and strawberries

Serve and enjoy!
