Easy Coconut Macaroons

A delicious and chewy treat made from shredded coconuts!


Ingredients

12oz unsweetened shredded coconut

1 Tbsp baking powder 1/2 cup sugar 11.25oz of sweetened condensed coconut milk, we used Natures Charm Roughly 1 cup of Vegan friendly meltable chocolate




Directions Preheat oven to 350 In a large bowl mix the first 3 ingredients Pour in your condensed milk

Mix well

Form into roughly 1-1/2 inch balls, make sure they are formed tight

Place onto greased baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 20 minutes

They should be solid and golden

Remove and let cool

Dip bottoms into melted chocolate

Place onto wax or parchment paper

Drizzle with remaining chocolate

Refrigerate for 30 mins until chocolate is set

Serve and enjoy!
