A simple and delicious pasta sauce that is very easy to make.
You won't want to buy jarred pasta sauce again.
1/2 onion, diced
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
2 Tbsp vegan butter
28oz can of crushed tomatoes
1/3-1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of crushed red pepper
1-2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Noodles of choice
Heat a little olive oil over medium heat
Add in your onion
Cook stirring often for 5 minutes
Stir in your garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes
Add in your butter
Once butter has melted add in your Italian seasoning
Pour in can of tomatoes and water
Stir in your sugar, salt and crushed red pepper
Cook for another 5 minutes stirring often
Simmer sauce for 20-30 minutes
Add in noodles
Serve and enjoy!
